TruStrength® flat bar is a mill-rolled product with a smooth edge that helps ensure uniformity, consistency and straightness. Available in grades ranging from 80 to 150 ksi, TruStrength’s
flat bar has high-strength properties at a lighter weight which translates to cost savings for manufacturers and has a straightness guarantee of 1/8" over 5' for flat bar, exceeding ASTM A6 standards for straightness. Additionally, TruStrength 100 ksi angles provide a structural product that features the same high-strength, low-weight properties as TruStrength flat bar when compared to more conventional, non-treated grades.
As premium high-strength steel suppliers, our high-strength flat bar and structural steel is an integral part of products in industries requiring a high-performance steel product. TruStrenght steel meets the most stringent requirements and specifications for both its chemical and mechanical properties and is suited for the following applications:
• Flatbed trailers
• Intermodal chassis
• Forestry trailers
• Rail cars
• Jet bridges
• Heavy haul trailers
• Mobile cranes
• Lift trucks
• Snow plows
• Construction cranes
TruStrength® flat bar is a mill-rolled product available in custom length orders. We also offer a flat bar stocking program to ensure that you have the right products on demand and on schedule. Please call for additional details or to inquire about other products offerings not included here.
